Travel was never so easy as when Monica was sending me, my husband and friends places over many years of our travels. What a mess of a year, but thanks to Monica and her team they worked miracles to cancel and get our money back from our 2 Europe trips this last year. Monica is a dedicated and extremely knowledgeable travel concierge. She found us the perfect cruises within our budget. She also arranged the airport transportation and the hotel stay before the cruise. Unfortunately due to Covid our trips were canceled. She then spent countless hours working to get us FULL refunds as well as helped us to rebook for late 2021 with a hefty amount of "On Board Credit". Even after we booked thru her she continued to check prices and if they happened to go lower than what we locked into, she immediately contacted the cruise line and negotiated with them to get us cash back or the difference in "On Board Credit". She saved us money 3 different times.
